Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using the services of Dub Consulting LLC DBA gFive Training & Wellness (“G Five”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

G Five Training & Wellness provides personal training, small group coaching, health assessments, and wellness services at our facility located at 5425 NW Fairway Drive, Miami Springs, Florida 33166. All services are appointment-based. No walk-ins are accepted.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

All training sessions must be booked in advance. Passes expire one month from the date of purchase. Missed sessions that were not cancelled in advance forfeit the pass for that session. We reserve the right to modify scheduling policies with reasonable notice.

4. Health & Safety / Medical Clearance

By participating in training at G Five, you confirm that you have been medically cleared for exercise or will obtain clearance before beginning training if you have any known medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations. G Five coaches may adjust or modify training based on individual needs, but participation is at the member's own risk. You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may affect your training.

5. Minimum Age

The minimum age to participate in G Five programs is 13 years old. Participants under 18 must have written parental or guardian consent prior to beginning training.

6. Payment

Pricing is consultation-based and communicated during your Health Assessment. All fees are due at the time of purchase. Passes and memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. G Five reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice to active members.

G Five Training & Wellness, its owners, coaches, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs, use of our facilities, or reliance on our website content, except to the extent required by applicable law. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will post the revised terms on our website with an updated effective date.
