We begin with an InBody scan that measures your body composition, muscle mass, body-fat percentage, and hydration. More importantly, we explain what those numbers actually mean for you — in plain English, with no jargon and no judgment.

Step 2 — Understand How Your Body Works

Step 3 — A Light Movement Screen

Next, a short movement evaluation — not a test you can fail. It shows us how you move so we can determine whether one-on-one coaching or small-group training is the right fit, and how to keep you safe and progressing.
